2 Order process, conclusion of the contract
If you would like to place an order, you can arrange it via our shop function under www.kobision.com/de.
With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude the contract with you. We will confirm receipt of your online shop order by e-mail (confirmation of receipt). This is not the acceptance of the offer. The time of acceptance of the offer and thus of the conclusion of the contract with us depends on the payment method selected by you (see Section 2.3).
The following applies to orders in the online shop: If you have found the desired course in the header navigation, you can view it more closely without obligation by clicking on the course name. For each course you will find a description of what content the course has, how many hours of training it contains and how it is structured. By clicking on the button [Book training] you can add the article to the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking on the shopping cart symbol or [edit shopping cart]. You can remove the products from the shopping cart by clicking on the icon [x] next to the total price. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the button [Proceed to checkout] on the “Shopping Cart” page.
If you have clicked the button [Proceed to checkout], the further online ordering process comprises three steps. If you already have a customer account, you can log in directly with your email address and password or create a user account here under [Do you already have a customer account?] and [Create customer account]. You can then enter your billing details.
In the second step under “Select payment method”, our accepted payment methods are displayed. After that, the respective total price will be displayed. By clicking on the “continue” button, you will be taken to the order overview. In the third step, you will receive an overview of your order data under “Check and order”, so that you can check all information again and, if necessary, Be able to process your order. You can also correct input errors by navigating backwards in the browser or by canceling the order process and starting over. You can remove the selected product from the shopping cart by clicking on the [-] sign. To complete the purchase, you need to press the [Buy Now] button. This will send the order to us.
The time of conclusion of the contract with us depends on the payment method you have chosen.
You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal during the ordering process. Here you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. The contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
Your credit card details will be transmitted at the same time as the order is placed. Once you have legitimized yourself as a legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer. You will receive an order confirmation promptly.
If you have chosen the payment method Sofortüberweisung, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment instruction to SOFORT AG. You will receive an order confirmation promptly.
If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and act in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract, the right of revocation does not exist.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be attributed primarily to his commercial or independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We store your order and the order data entered. We will send you an e-mail with all order data and the terms and conditions.
